Catering Policies

Thank you for choosing PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center for your catering needs. We are confident that your experience will be more than you ever thought possible from a foodservice company. Our customer service philosophy is based on the idea that “people will not remember what you said, or what you did. They will remember how you made them feel.” It is our mission each and every day to make our clients feel respected, pampered and valued. We use only the finest local, seasonal ingredients in all of our offerings.

Please keep in mind that these menus are not an exhaustive list of our offerings. They are merely suggested and favorite selections. Each season we have a range of additional menu selections that reflect the spirit and bounty of the season. We will work with you on dietary restrictions and special requests.

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center provides an Onsite Unit Manager and Corporate Chef to help plan your special events. Both are very skilled in event planning and can design custom events to match your needs. Contact the Corporate Chef directly to set up a planning session.

ORDERING

The following procedures and guidelines are designed so that we are able to provide you the highest quality food and service available. If you have a situation that falls outside of these guidelines, please call us so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Orders for less than 100 people must be placed 7 days in advance. We understand that often you have last minute notice on lunches, and we will do our best to service those situations as well.
  • Large (over 100 people) and special events require 14 day notice to allow for proper product procurement and staffing.
  • Final event counts must be confirmed 3 days prior to the event.
  • Cancellations may occur up to 3 days prior to the event, after that time events will be billed as scheduled.
  • Orders are considered final 3 days in advance, and no changes can be made to them.
  • Orders may be placed via room scheduling.
  • Custom orders must be placed 14 days in advance.

HOURS OF OPERATION

  • Routine catering services are available thru PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • A 7 day advance notice is required for caterings ending after 2:00 pm on weekdays and all weekend caterings.

PRICING

  • Service Personnel: $25 per person, per hour, minimum two hours.
  • Additional charges for linen and china service above what is available.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is due upon delivery.
  • We accept Cash, Visa, and Mastercard
  • PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Departments may establish a cost center to have their events billed out on a monthly basis.
